How we work sourcing property and land for investment opportunities at Benjamin Property Services Ltd
We have an extensive list of contacts to source deals from including landlords, house builders, off-market properties, repossessions in order to negotiate below market deals.
Stage 1: Get the brief from the client – we arrange a telephone consultation which can be scheduled via calendly.com/benjaminpropertyservicesltd/30min
Stage 2: Once the brief is agreed following on from the telephone conversation we can meet in person to sign the property / land sourcing agreement or it can be digitally signed via SignNow. An invoice will be generated to cover a commitment fee of £1,000 or you can pay online (one off fee for new clients). Click for the Sourcing Agreement.
Stage 3: We provide regular progress reports as shown in the agreement to make sure you are updated on the opportunities – other opportunities may be sent outside of the brief in order to keep your options open to the possibilities. As shown in the agreement we will source for a period of 3months after which point if none of the opportunities we show to you have been closed on we will refund you the £750 and keep £250 as an administration fee. Should we find a deal that you do go ahead with we charge just 1.5% on the purchase price and the commitment fee is deducted from this.
