Exploring international entrepreneur opportunities around The HiLight, connecting London expansion, property, strategic relationships and business growth for founders establishing a secondary European hub.
Some of the most interesting commercial opportunities begin by looking beyond the obvious customer and asking a different question: where are businesses growing, and what might their leaders need as they establish themselves in a new market?
That thinking is currently shaping some of the work I am exploring around The HiLight Collection in Battersea, where I am working as a Real Estate Ambassador.
My focus is particularly on international entrepreneurs, founders and C-suite professionals who are not simply looking for somewhere to visit in London, but are considering the city as a secondary business hub from which to build, operate and grow.
Looking beyond property to the business opportunity
London continues to be an important international business location, and Battersea presents an interesting proposition because of the concentration of major international organisations and infrastructure around the area.
Battersea is home to the US Embassy and Apple’s London headquarters, creating a particularly relevant backdrop for conversations with American entrepreneurs and executives considering a European presence.
My current outreach is therefore going beyond traditional property networks and into conversations with selected founders and senior executives whose businesses are establishing or expanding their presence in London.
One example is a company launching its first international office in London in September 2026, with its CEO personally present for the launch. The company has described London as its intended European base, while its CEO has been actively discussing how to build the company’s presence in the city.
There is also an interesting personal connection here: this is a company whose technology I am currently exploring as part of the GrandClave MVP technology stack, while I am also considering participation in the Founder Institute company builder programme as an AI-Native Solo-Founder.
Another opportunity being explored involves a New York headquartered company that announced plans to establish a London office in 2026, with space planned for up to 40 employees and staff expected to be in place by early September.
Its founder and CEO previously built Spotify’s music recommendation system and led engineering at Better. The company has subsequently attracted significant venture backing and reached multi-billion-dollar valuation levels in recent financing activity.
These are not simply property leads. They represent business-growth signals.
When a founder establishes a London office, hires locally, spends increasing amounts of time in the city or begins building a European operation, there can be a corresponding requirement for somewhere to live, meet, host, work and establish a personal base.
That is where the property conversation becomes commercially interesting.
Why The HiLight is relevant
The HiLight Collection offers residences from approximately £560,000 to around £2 million, with the three-bedroom residences being a particular focus of mine for entrepreneurs who want additional space alongside a hotel-style residential experience.
The development includes:
- 24-hour concierge
- Residents’ club lounge
- Private dining
- Private cinema
- Gym
- Meeting rooms
For an international entrepreneur, that combination can create a different proposition from simply purchasing an apartment.
It can potentially provide a London residence, business base and place to host within one development, while keeping the wider commercial and cultural opportunities of London accessible.
For someone building a European operation, the question is therefore not simply “Where should I buy property?”
It can instead become:
“What kind of London base supports the way I want to live, work and grow?”
The opportunity for strategic collaboration
This approach also reflects the broader direction of my work.
I am increasingly interested in identifying opportunities where property, business growth, strategic relationships and international expansion intersect.
That means developing relationships with entrepreneurs and executives directly, while also working collaboratively with people who can introduce qualified international buyers — including advisers, professional firms, wealth professionals, business networks and other strategic partners.
For qualifying entrepreneurs purchasing and exchanging or completing during September or early October, there is also an opportunity to work with me as a Strategic Business Partner for six months on a complimentary basis, valued at £30,000, followed by 20% off my standard £5,000 monthly fee for as long as the client remains a client.
This is deliberately broader than a property transaction. It creates an opportunity to explore how I can support the entrepreneur beyond their London property decision, particularly where they are building relationships, developing commercial opportunities or establishing a stronger presence in the UK.
A useful lesson for founders
There is a wider lesson here for founders and ambitious professionals.
Look at expansion signals, not just existing demand.
A new international office, a new executive hire, a founder spending more time in a particular city, venture funding or a stated intention to build a regional presence can all indicate an emerging ecosystem of commercial requirements.
The opportunity is often found before the obvious demand becomes visible.
That is the thinking behind my current outreach: identifying international entrepreneurs who are actively building in London and opening conversations about what they may need personally and professionally as that expansion develops.
If you are an international entrepreneur considering London as a secondary base, or you work with founders and executives who are doing so, I would be interested in having the conversation.
