Join Lena Benjamin on 17 September in London for an intimate AI, Innovation & Future Business Leadership workshop exploring strategic opportunities, decision-making, innovation and sustainable growth.
On Thursday, 17 September 2026, I’ll be bringing together a small group of leaders, founders and professionals in London for an intimate, practical workshop exploring AI, innovation and the future of business leadership.
09:30–12:30 BST
Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1
Limited to 6 participants | £295 per person
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how organisations operate, compete and grow. But effective leadership requires more than simply adopting new technology.
I’ve designed this workshop to create the space for a more strategic conversation: What does AI actually mean for the way we lead, make decisions, innovate and create sustainable business growth?
Drawing on 25+ years of global business experience, I’ll guide a small group through strategic perspectives, practical discussion and ideas that can be applied immediately to leadership, decision-making and future business opportunities.
We’ll explore how to:
- Lead strategically in an AI-driven business environment
- Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Make informed decisions about AI adoption and investment
- Prepare leaders and organisations for the future of work
- Turn emerging change into practical opportunities for sustainable growth
I’m deliberately limiting this session to six participants. That means there is room for meaningful discussion, shared insight and direct engagement rather than simply sitting through another presentation about AI.
I’ll also be drawing on my experience of working with senior teams and director-level professionals, including internal client relationship management workshops delivered across multiple UK offices.
“Lena led a series of internal client relationship management workshops for director-level staff across multiple UK offices. Her ability to connect strategy with practical delivery added real value to both our teams and client engagements.”
